On a beautiful fall day, Uncle Charles, Uncle Lee, @Jordanhartsell and USA Captain J. Hartsell enjoyed a round at the famous golfing venue right off Hugh Danielson Drive. After the round, Jordan visited the legendary Hank Johnson School of Golf to discuss a few issues with the man himself.

Flat Creek CC, part of the Cannongate Family of Courses - Peachtree City, GA

@thechiefs came in with an 87, still struggling off the tee, but was a little better at FCC. Flat Creek is part of a 17 course coalition located in the Atlanta suburbs. Chief was joined by Wickus Kok from South Africa, who bogeyed the last 2 and shot 71. His brother, Gaim Kok, played on the European Tour and the Sunshine Tour in South Africa. Mr. Wickus J. Kok can flat out play the game...he was bored playing with a 12 HC and still shot a little 71 Gross.

Kevin "True Hawk" Halcomb is kindly a good golfer and true gentleman of the game. He shot 73 with a handicap double on 18. He also had an eagle and 4 birdies (maybe more than that, it was hard to keep up). True and @europeancaptain won the match 7&6 (they were 5 up going into the back 9). Overall, Sean "Fake Hawk" Halcomb and @markskiba ended up losing a good portion of their paychecks. @markjskiba shot a consistently mediocre 40-40-80. He made consecutive birdies on 5 and 6 . Sean(aka The Chaplain) found his groove on the back. but alas the True Hawk was too strong. It appeared @europeancaptain enjoyed his ride around in the cart. He shot in the range of 85.

The head to head match between @markjskiba and @europeancaptain was quite thrilling. @euro was 1 up thru 13. @markj won 14 and 15 to go 1up, then @euro won 17 to make it All Square. On 18, @markj had a 5 footer for par and @euro had a 3 footer for par. @markj made , @euro missed. The End. The speculation at SI is that @euro will pair himself with True Hawk in every match come November 10-12 on Fort Morgan Road. We further speculate that they will sit next to each other and order identical meals at The Deuce on Kiva Cup Thursday.

@bumpin_around continued his marathon practice sessions, when in the Continental US. His pre- Kiva Cup golf purchases have now become the stuff of legend, with The Golf Warehouse, Edwin Watts and the Puma Store recently elevating him to Gold Club status, only one step below the Platinum Club status held by @markjskiba.
