Team True is receiving very, very little respect with regard to their chances of prevailing at the 2010 False Cup. True isn't even winning the "Party too late" poll, which shows the insanity of the people participating in the poll. ZAC "BROWN BAND" WARD in on Team True, peeps! The man is pleased to enjoy a late night! Team False will be in bed before 10:30 every night. This author, for one, does not understand the lack of support and belief in True. Fact of business, I suspect there are very few out there that want to face this right here:
UPDATE: The polls are now closed, and the love for Team True simply never developed. Surely they head to Fort Morgan Road with a giant chip on their collective shoulder. Can True Hawk use this to incite his team's fury? Can True control their deflated spirits and enraged emotions to play one shot at a time, which is what Kiva Dunes demands? The golf community seems to think that True has no chance, but when True and False get together, you can throw conventional wisdom in to an oil slick.
The weather forecast calls for scattered thunderstorms and WIND. It's always windy at Kiva, so much so that normal wind is never in the forecast. So, if wind is in the forecast, it's going to be substantial and a true test of golfsmanship. My money's on the punch & runners this week, I just don't know which team has the best punch & runners.
